I want to show HOW TO USE Permablend to create the PERFECT pink LIPS. I used the Kissum Lip tint in the previous two videos but it just was not staying on the lips the way I wanted to. I bought The Tina Davies Permablend pigments and I used my Dr. Pen A6 with the 3 and 5 attachments. Did this 3rd touch up finally work? Let's find out......
